By motion, approve Tentative Side Letter Agreements relative to 2026 dental <br />insurance for employees represented by the Service Employees International Union <br />(SEIU) Local 521, Redwood City Management Employees Association (RCMEA), <br />Redwood City Police Officers Association (POA), Redwood City Police Supervisors <br />Association (PSA), International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2400, and the <br />Chief Officers Association (COA); and <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the 2026 dental insurance plans as provided in the <br />Summaries of Compensation and Terms of Employment for Unrepresented Executive <br />Management and Confidential Employees. <br />The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br /> <br />11. STUDY SESSIONS <br /> <br /> 11.A.
