By motion, approve Tentative Side Letter Agreements relative to 2026 dental <br />insurance for employees represented by the Service Employees International Union <br />(SEIU) Local 521, Redwood City Management Employees Association (RCMEA), <br />Redwood City Police Officers Association (POA), Redwood City Police Supervisors <br />Association (PSA), International Association of Fire Fighters (IAFF) Local 2400, and the <br />Chief Officers Association (COA); and <br />2. Adopt a resolution amending the 2026 dental insurance plans as provided in the <br />Summaries of Compensation and Terms of Employment for Unrepresented Executive <br />Management and Confidential Employees. <br />The motion passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br /> <br />11. STUDY SESSIONS <br /> <br /> 11.A. Vision Zero Program Progress Report Study Session (702) <br /> <br />Engineering & Transportation Director Tanisha Werner introduced the item, and <br />Principal Transportation Planner Malahat Owrang, Police Lieutenant Jesus Castro and <br />Police Sergeant Peter Cang gave a presentation. <br /> <br />The following members of the public provided comments: <br />• Dylan Finch <br />• Erin Fieberling <br />• Mike Swire <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Receive an update and provide individual feedback on Vision Zero activities; no formal <br />action will occur at this time. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br />A Study Session was held; no formal action was taken by the City Council. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />7.E. - Page 8 of 11 <br />36
