Review contractor submittals and respond to geotechnical related requests for <br />information including, without limitation, retaining wall plans, foundational plans for <br />roadway structures, deep subdrainage plans, pile driving system plans, hazardous <br />material management plans and traffic control plans. <br />All work shall be performed by qualified personnel with valid professional licenses <br />and certification. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be provided to the City <br />for verification. <br />Fee <br />Consultant shall be paid on a time and material basis at the hourly rates set forth in the <br />fee schedule below for a not to exceed amount as mutually agreed for each individual <br />task order. <br />Staff classification and rates may change during the term of the Agreement if requested <br />by the Consultant and approved by the City Engineer in writing. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.196/Ninyo & Moore (On-Call Geotechnical Professional Services) (Page 14 of 17)
