REV: 09-11-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Scope of Services <br />Contractor shall provide boat repair services at the request of the Public Works Fleet <br />Superintendent or their designee. <br />Contractor shall be able to provide services Monday – Friday (business hours 6:30 am to <br />3 pm) and have the ability to respond to emergency on-site service calls for City-owned <br />boat(s) located at the Westpoint Harbor, after business hours and on weekends, if <br />necessary. <br />FEE <br />City shall pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule below in an <br />amount not to exceed Ninety-Nine Thousand Dollars ($99,000). Invoices shall be billed <br />monthly with Net 30 payments terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation. <br />Services Hourly Rate <br />Hourly Labor Rate for Repair Services <br />(During business hours Mon-Fri 6:30am <br />to 3pm) $155.00/Hour <br />Emergency Service Call Hourly Labor <br />Rate (Outside business hours and <br />weekends) $165.00/Hour <br />Materials Materials Mark Up <br />Cost plus Mark Up 60% <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.232/Bay Marine Boatworks, Inc.
