Within the Blanket Coverage Limit of Insurance, we will pay for increases under the Valuable <br />Papers and Records Coverage Extension Paragraph A.6.e.(3). <br />2. Appurtenant Structures <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />a. You may extend the insurance that applies to Building to apply appurtenant structures at the <br />described premises. The most we will pay in any one occurrence for direct physical loss or <br />physical damage is $25,000 at each described premises. <br />b. You may extend the insurance that applies to Business Personal Property to apply to Business <br />Personal Property in appurtenant structures at the described premises. The most we will pay in <br />any one occurrence for direct physical loss or physical damage is $5,000 at each described <br />premises. <br />c. Incidental appurtenant buildings or structures include: <br />(1) Storage buildings; <br />(2) Carports; <br />(3) Garages; or <br />(4) Pump houses. <br />which have not been specifically described in the Declarations. <br />d. Payments made under this Additional Coverage are in addition to the applicable Limits of <br />Insurance. <br />3. Arson Reward <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />In the event that a covered fire loss is of a suspicious nature, we will pay a $15,000 reward to <br />reimburse you for rewards you pay for information leading to convictions for that act of arson._ <br />The most we will pay for a loss, annually under this Additional Coverage is $15,000. <br />No deductible applies to this Additional Coverage. <br />4. Brands and Labels <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />a. If branded or labeled merchandise that is Covered Property is damaged by a Covered Cause of <br />Loss, we may take all or any part of the property at an agreed or appraised value. If so, you may: <br />(1) Stamp the word "salvage" on the merchandise or its containers, if the stamp will not <br />physically damage the merchandise; or <br />(2) Remove the brands or labels, if doing so will not physically damage the merchandise. You <br />must relabel the merchandise or its containers to comply with the law. <br />b. We will pay reasonable costs you incur to perform the activity described in Paragraphs a.(1) or <br />a.(2) above. But the total we pay for these costs and the value of the damaged property will not <br />exceed the applicable Limit of Insurance on such property. <br />5. Business Income from Dependent Properties <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />The Business Income from Dependent Properties Limit of Insurance under Paragraph A.5.m.(1) is <br />increased to $50,000 at each described premises. <br />This Limit of Insurance is in addition to any other Limit of Insurance that may be provided by this <br />policy for this coverage. <br />6. Civil Authority <br />The following Additional Coverage is added.- <br />The <br />dded:The Civil Authority time period under Paragraph A.5.L(1) is replaced by the following: <br />(1) 60 consecutive days after the time of that action; or <br />7.
