(2) Communication Supply Services, meaning property supplying communication services, <br />including telephone, radio, microwave or television services to the described premises, such <br />as: <br />(a) Communication transmission lines, including optic fiber transmission lines; <br />(b) Coaxial cables; <br />(c) Microwave radio relays except satellites; and <br />(d) Transmission Lines. <br />(3) "Power Supply Services", meaning the following types of property supplying electricity, steam <br />or gas to the described premises: <br />(a) <br />Utility generating plants; <br />(b) <br />Switching stations; <br />(c) <br />Substations; and <br />(d) <br />Transformers; and <br />(e) <br />Transmission Lines <br />d. Exception <br />Coverage under this Additional Coverage does not apply to Business Income loss or Extra <br />Expense related to interruption in utility service which causes loss or damage to "electronic data", <br />including destruction or corruption of "electronic data". <br />e. Paragraph B.1.e. Power Failure Exclusion does not apply to this Additional Coverage. <br />25. Ordinance or Law Coverage <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />a. If a Covered Cause of Loss occurs to covered Building property at described premises, we will <br />pay: <br />(1) Loss to the Undamaged Portion of the Building <br />For the loss in value of the undamaged portion of the building as a consequence of <br />enforcement of an ordinance or law that requires demolition of undamaged parts of the same <br />building. Loss to the undamaged portion of the building is included within the Limit of <br />Insurance shown in the Declarations as applicable to the covered building. This Additional <br />Coverage does not increase the Limit of Insurance. <br />Payment for the undamaged portion of the building will be on the same valuation basis <br />applicable to the physically damaged portion of the building. <br />(2) Demolition <br />The cost to demolish and clear the site of undamaged parts of the same building, as a <br />consequence of enforcement of an ordinance or law that requires demolition of such <br />undamaged property. <br />Paragraph E. 5. d. Loss Payment Property Loss Condition does not apply to Demolition. <br />The most we will pay in any one occurrence for loss under this Coverage is $50,000 at each <br />described premises. <br />This Limit of Insurance is in addition to any other Limit of Insurance that may be provided by <br />this policy for this coverage. <br />(3) Increased Cost of Construction — Building <br />The increased cost: <br />(a) Repair or reconstruct damaged portions of that building; and/or <br />(b) Reconstruct or remodel undamaged portions of that building, whether or not demolition is <br />required; <br />when the increased cost is a consequence of enforcement of the minimum requirements of <br />the ordinance or law. <br />Page 10 of 22 Includes Copyrighted Material of the Insurance Services Office, Inc. 26-0115 10 10 <br />Used with permission <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.234/Pacific Dining CA1, LLC (881 Middlefield Rd) (Page 29 of 47) <br />
