due to the presence, growth, proliferation, spread of any activity of "fungi", wet or dry rot or <br />bacteria; or <br />(2) The costs associated with the enforcement of any ordinance or law which requires any <br />insured or others to test for, monitor, clean up, remove, contain, treat, detoxify or neutralize, <br />or in any way respond to, or assess the effects of "pollutants", "fungi", wet or dry rot or <br />bacteria. <br />c. The terms of these Coverages apply separately to each building. <br />d. Paragraph B.1.a. Ordinance of Law Exclusion does not apply to this Additional Coverage. <br />e. Paragraph A.5.1. Increased Cost Of Construction does not apply with this Additional Coverage. <br />26. Outdoor Property <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />The Outdoor Property Limit of Insurance under Paragraph A.6.c. is increased to $50,000 at each <br />described premises, but not more than $1,000 for any one tree, shrub or plant. <br />27. Outdoor Signs <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />Under Paragraph GA., we will pay up to full value of outdoor signs at each described premises. <br />This Additional Coverage is in addition to any recoverable Limits of Insurance applicable to Building <br />or Business Personal Property. <br />28. Pairs or Sets <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />If pairs or sets are damaged by a Covered Cause of Loss, we will pay any reduction in value of the <br />undamaged parts of such damaged pairs or sets. <br />This coverage is included within the Business Personal Property Limit of Insurance. <br />29. Personal Effects <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />The Personal Effects Limit of Liability under Paragraph A.6.d. is increased to $25,000 at each <br />described premises.. <br />30. Personal Property Off -Premises Or In Transit <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />The Personal Property Off -Premises Or In Transit Limit of Liability under Paragraph A.6.b. is <br />increased to $50,000 for any one occurrence. <br />31. Pollutant Clean Up and Removal <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />The Pollutant Clean Up and Removal Limit of Insurance under Paragraph A.5.h. is increased to <br />$50,000 at each described premises. <br />32. Salespersons' Samples <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />We will pay up to $1,000 in any one occurrence as an additional Limit of Insurance to extend <br />Business Personal Property to cover: <br />a. Samples of your stock in trade (including containers); and <br />b. Similar property of others; but only while such property is in: <br />(1) Your custody while acting as a sales representatives; or <br />(2) In the custody of your sales representative or agents. <br />33. Theft Damage to Building <br />a.
