(a) The physician, dentist, nurse, emergency medical technician or paramedic is employed by <br />you to provide such services; and <br />(b) You are not engaged in the business or occupation of providing such services. <br />(2) For the purpose of determining the limits of insurance for incidental medical malpractice, any act <br />or omission together with all related acts or omissions in the furnishing of these services to any <br />one person will be considered one 'occurrence". <br />7. Mental Anguish <br />Paragraph F.3. of the Liability and Medical Expenses Definitions is replaced with the following: <br />3. "Bodily Injury" means bodily injury, sickness or disease sustained by a person. This includes <br />mental anguish, mental injury, shock, fright or death resulting from "bodily injury", sickness or <br />disease. <br />8. Per Location Aggregate <br />The following is added to Paragraph DA. Liability and Medical Expenses Limit of Insurance: <br />The aggregate limit for all "bodily injury" and "property damage" other than "bodily injury" or "property <br />damage" included in the "products -completed operations hazard" applies separately to each of your <br />"locations". <br />For the purpose of this provision only, "Locations" means premises involving the same or connecting <br />lots, or premises whose connection is interrupted only by a street, roadway, waterway or right-of-way <br />of a railroad. <br />9. Personal and Advertising Injury Assumed in A Contract or Agreement <br />Paragraph B.1.p.(4). of the Personal and Advertising Injury Exclusion is deleted. <br />10. Product Recall Expense <br />The following Additional Coverage is added: <br />a. We will pay up to $50,000 as a Limit of Insurance to cover "product recall expenses" arising out of <br />a single "covered recall" event. <br />However, we will not pay more than $50,000 in any one occurrence for all "covered recall' events <br />in an annual policy year. <br />A Limit of Insurance of $2,000 in any one occurrence applies to advertising expenses used to <br />regain customers. <br />b. Exclusions <br />Paragraph B.1.o. Recall Of Products, Work Or Impaired Property Exclusion is replaced by the <br />following: <br />o. Recall Of Products, Work Or Impaired Property <br />(1) Damages claimed for any loss, cost or expense incurred by you or others for the loss of <br />use, withdrawal, recall, inspection, repair, replacement, adjustment, removal or disposal <br />of: <br />(a) "Your product'; <br />(b) "Your work"; or <br />(c) "Impaired property"; <br />if such product, work, or property is withdrawn or recalled from the market or from use by <br />any person or organization because of a known or suspected defect, deficiency, <br />inadequacy or dangerous condition in it, but this exclusion does not apply to "product <br />recall expenses" that you incur for the "covered recall" of "your product'. <br />(2) This insurance does not apply to "product recall expense" arising out of or resulting from: <br />(a) Any product withdrawal initiated due to: <br />(i) The failure of "your products" to accomplish their intended purpose, including <br />any breach of warranty of fitness, whether written or implied.
