REV: 06-27-25 LF <br />“ ”EXHIBIT A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Additional terms: <br />City shall be responsible for loading out materials to be delivered to Contractor’s <br />site for recycling using either City end dump trucks or 10-wheeler trucks, with each <br />load not-to-exceed a maximum of 20 tons. <br />Contractor shall be capable of accepting and properly disposing of a minimum of <br />20 loads per day in a lawful manner, received via either City end dump trucks or <br />10-wheeler trucks, during Contractor’s regular business hours. <br />City does not guarantee, nor agree, to utilize any minimum quantity of recycling services <br />under this Agreement. <br />Contractor shall provide as-needed recycling services of mixed concrete and asphalt <br />containing no dirt as per the rate schedule below.
