Box 391, City Hall, Redwood City, California. That the nature of the interest or estate of the City of Redwood City in fee and to the real property upon which the aforesaid public work is including but not limited to, spot repairs, pavement grinding & repaving of the roadway with a new driving surface and associated work, adjusting City utilities to the new grade, installation of new signs, roadway markings, striping, crosswalks, speed cushions and pavement markings.
