Time of Performance. The Scope of Work must be completed no later than the end of 1st <br />quarter, Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (the TA's fiscal year runs July 1 through June 30). All <br />reimbursement requests need to be submitted no later than the end of 3rd quarter, Fiscal Year <br />2026-2027. <br />2. Timely Use of Funds. Sponsor must expend Measures A funds expeditiously. If Sponsor <br />fails to invoice the TA for two consecutive quarters, the TA will require a meeting with Sponsor’s <br />executive and Project staff to review Project progress. A Project Supplement found to be non- <br />compliant with this requirement may be terminated for default by the TA. <br />SECTION F: Notice <br />Notices. All notices required or permitted to be given under this Agreement must be in writing <br />and delivered by email to the addresses specified below. Notices will be deemed given when the <br />email was sent.
