Code § 27383) <br />RELASE OF LIEN UPON REAL PROPERTY <br />FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES <br />WHEREAS, on ("Developer") and the <br />City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), entered into an <br />Development Fee Deferral Agreement ("Agreement"), which created a lien to secure deferred <br />payment of development impact fees.
