Code § 27383) <br />RELASE OF LIEN UPON REAL PROPERTY <br />FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES <br />WHEREAS, on ("Developer") and the <br />City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), entered into an <br />Development Fee Deferral Agreement ("Agreement"), which created a lien to secure deferred <br />payment of development impact fees. This Agreement was recorded as Document No. <br />in the Official Records of <br />the County of San Mateo, California. <br />WHEREAS, Developer has satisfied the conditions for the release of lien encumbering <br />certain property under the Agreement; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City hereby releases all of its right, title, and interest to the lien <br />in the Affected Property consisting of real property described in Exhibit A of the Agreement and <br />reproduced as Exhibit 1, which is attached to and incorporated a part of this Release. <br />REV: 08-06-25 VR <br />(Signature page follows) <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.203/1634 Brewster Ave Holding, LLC (Page 8 of 10) <br />
