Code § 27383) <br />RELASE OF LIEN UPON REAL PROPERTY <br />FOR PAYMENT OF DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES <br />WHEREAS, on <br />City of Redwood City, a <br />Development Fee Deferral <br />payment of development <br />("Developer") and the <br />charter city and municipal corporation ("City"), entered into an <br />Agreement ("Agreement"), which created a lien to secure deferred <br />impact fees.
