REV: 10-08-25 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall provide on-call planning services upon request from the Assistant <br />Community Development Director, or designee. Each Task Order shall include a scope <br />of work for each individual project and a list of required tasks, time frame for deliverables, <br />and cost including hourly rates. <br />Before issuing the Task Order a draft scope of work shall be sent to the Consultant with <br />a deadline for response. In the response, the Consultant will include the staff resources <br />they can commit to the project, estimated timeline and detailed cost for provision of <br />services. <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br />work by issuing a Task Order. <br />Fee Sheet - Redwood City Planning Services <br />Time and materials will not exceed a total of $200,000. <br />Actual amount will be determined by assigned tasks. <br />Amount billed will reflect actual hours worked. <br />All work will be completed by Martha Miller, Principal, at an hourly billing rate of $220/hour. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.265/Miller Planning Associates LLC (Page 11 of 13) <br />8.B. - Page 81 of 145 <br />126
