August 14, 2025 <br />Project No. 20100016-32 <br />BKF ENGINEERS <br />255 Shoreline Drive, Suite 200, Redwood City, CA 94065 | 650.482.6300 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />QUITCLAIM OF LEVEE IMPROVEMENTS <br />QUITCLAIM AREA 2B: <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of Parcel A as said parcel is described in that certain Deed of Easements <br />recorded January 10, 1986 as Document Number 86003619 of Official Records of said county, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the most southerly corner of Lot 5 as shown on that certain map entitled "SEAPORT <br />records of said county, said corner also being on the northeasterly right-of-way line of Chesapeake <br />Drive as shown on said map, and being the beginning of a curve to the right, from which the radius <br />point bears North 20°33'05" East; <br />Thence along said northeasterly right-of-way line, the following four (4) courses: <br />1. Along said curve, having a radius of 468.00 feet, through a central angle of 01°28'40", an arc <br />distance of 12.07 feet; <br />2. North 67°58'15" West, 55.02 feet to the beginning of a tangent curve to the right; <br />3. Along said tangent curve, having a radius of 388.00 feet, through a central angle of 03°05'44", <br />an arc distance of 20.96 feet to the easterly line of said Parcel A as described in said Deed of <br />Easements and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />4. Leaving said easterly line, continuing along said curve, through a central angle of 01°36'42", an <br />arc distance of 10.91 feet to the westerly line of said Parcel A; <br />Thence leaving said northeasterly right-of-way line, along said westerly line, the following seven (7) <br />courses: <br />1. North 25°07'31" East, 59.38 feet; <br />2. South 72°08'05" East, 39.08 feet; <br />3. North 17°51'55" East, 15.09 feet; <br />4. South 72°08'05" East, 19.00 feet; <br />5. North 17°51'55" East, 17.00 feet; <br />6. South 72°08'05" East, 19.00 feet; <br />7.
