Depreciation expense for the year ended November 30, 2024, was $5,389. <br />The Association had no purchase or disposal of property and equipment in 2024. <br /> <br />Note 5 - Subsequent Events <br />The Association has evaluated subsequent events through October 6, 2025, the date the financial <br />statements were available to be issued.
