REV: 09-22-25 LF e. Survey Stations 1+00 shall start at centerline of street intersection or centerline of manholes unless otherwise noted. f. Redwood City Datum shall be used in preparing the topographic survey. City will provide the location of the nearest benchmark if required. Benchmark information used shall be noted on the topographic survey. North American Vertical Datum of 19888 (NAVD88) shall be used. g. Consultant shall request the As-Built/Record Drawings from utility companies (e.g. Comcast, PG&E, AT&T, Pacific Bell, SBSA, MCI, SFPUC, CalWater, RCN, SVCW, etc.) for inclusion in the survey base map. h. Consultant will be provided with a sample of City approved topographic survey drawing as reference to conform with City requirements. i. City will provide block book drawings to be used as reference in conjunction with the surveyed features stated above to determine alignment of underground utilities. E. Prepare submittals for, but not limited to, the following items, described: Unedited files, converted/edited files, traverse and other adjustments, ASCII format (electronic) files, topographic base maps, survey maps, and cut sheets, Submittals required from the surveyor may vary depending on a specific project or request. All work shall be performed under the discretion of a Registered Land Surveyor, in accordance with the Professional Land Surveyor Act (PSLA), Chapter 15, Article 3, Section 8726 and/or a licensed engineer authorized to perform land surveying registered with the State of California under Section 8731 of the PSLA. The surveyor shall maintain professional licenses required by the laws of the State of California at all times while under Agreement with the City. Copies of licenses and certifications shall be provided to City for verification. Fee Consultant shall be paid on a time and material basis at the rates set forth in the fee schedule below for a not to exceed amount as mutually agreed for each individual task order. Staff classification and rates may change during the term of the Agreement if requested by the Consultant and approved by the City Engineer in writing.
