REV: 08-12-25 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />I. What the Grantee will provide: <br />A.After school sports and youth programs: Provide year-round sports <br />programs for 2nd through 8th grades in the Redwood City School District. Through <br />collaboration with other organizations, provide an after school education and recreation <br />program. <br />B.Toy drive: Coordinate an annual holiday toy drive in collaboration with the <br />Redwood City Police and Fire Departments to provide for the donation and delivery of <br />toys and books to disadvantaged youth in the community. <br />C.Annual report: Grantee will provide an annual report describing how Redwood <br />City residents and youth were served by these programs. PAL will work with the <br />Redwood City Chief of Police and/or their designee on a regular basis to discuss the <br />quality and/or level of services provided. <br />II. What the Grantor will provide: <br />A. Funding in the total amount of Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000) to support <br />after school sports and youth programs for Fiscal Year 2024/2025. <br />III. Agreement by both parties, in concept: <br />Both Grantee and Grantor recognize that this is a program that will need to be reviewed <br />annually to evaluate its effectiveness. Changes may be made if warranted by the <br />Grantor and/or community needs. If it appears that conditions under which this <br />Agreement was executed have changed or are no longer applicable, practical, or suited <br />to the general purposes stated in the Agreement, Grantee will confer with Grantor to <br />reach a mutually acceptable modification of its scope. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.209/Redwood City Pal Center (Grant Agreement 2024-2025) (Page 7 of 7)
