REV: 09-19-25 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A-1” <br />TASK ORDER <br />TASK ORDER NO. ___ TO AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Task Order No. ___ (“Task Order”) is made and entered into by and between the <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California (“City”), and Economic & Planning Systems (EPS), a California corporation <br />(“Consultant”). <br />RECITALS <br />A.City and Consultant entered into an agreement entitled Agreement for Services <br />(“Agreement”), by which the Consultant agreed to perform services in accordance with <br />Task Orders issued by the City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by <br />reference all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. <br />2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Consultant will perform the services described in <br />Attachment “A”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance <br />with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the <br />City’s Project Manager will be the Assistant Community Development Director or their <br />Designee. <br />3. PAYMENT. For services performed by Consultant in accordance with this Task Order, <br />City will compensate Consultant in accordance with the terms and conditions of the <br />Agreement, in an amount not to exceed [write out amount in words] dollars ($_____). <br />4. AUTHORITY.
