REV: 09-30-25 VR EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Consultant shall provide on-call planning services upon request from the Assistant Community Development Director, or designee. Each Task Order shall include a scope of work for each individual project and a list of required tasks, time frame for deliverables and cost including hourly rates. Before issuing the Task Order a draft scope of work shall be sent to the Consultant with a deadline for response. In the response, the Consultant will include the staff resources they can commit to the project, estimated timeline and detailed cost for provision of services. The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate work by issuing a Task Order. BILLING RATES Good City prides itself on being a cost-effective solution for public sector agencies. Staff will retain detailed timesheets and work efficiently to ensure the client is getting the best value for the services.
