This way does NOT support those that have <br />consistently CONSERVED water for the greater good here in RC !! This elimination of the <br />tiered system is NOT EQUITABLE!! <br /> <br />Many people, who have conserved water for years (some decades), feel they are being <br />punished and should NOW WASTE water!! It seems it doesn't matter to the City <br />governance that residents have conserved to help our City! <br />BE FAIR!!! <br />
