Thence along said northeasterly right-of-way line, northwesterly, along said non -tangent curve, <br />having a radius of 388.00 feet, through a central angle of 01°1121 ", an arc length of 8.05 feet <br />to a line parallel with and distant 8.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from said <br />southeasterly line of said "8 -foot wide portion of the Levee Easement"; <br />Thence leaving said northeasterly right-of-way line, along said parallel line and continuing to <br />run parallel with and distant 8.00 feet northwesterly, measured at right angles, from said <br />southeasterly line, the following six (6) courses: <br />1.
