EXHIBIT 3 May 29, 2025 <br />DESCRIPTION AND DEPICTION OF EASEMENT AREA Project No. 20201548 <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />LEVEE EASEMENT OVER THE LANDS OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES <br />OF THE LELAND STANFORD JUNIOR UNIVERSITY <br />AREA 1: <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of Lot 2 as shown on that certain map entitled "AMENDED MAP OF <br />SEAPORT PLAZA SUBDIVISION MAP", filed for record on September 15, 2008, in Book 136 of <br />Maps, at pages 77 and 78, records of said county, being more particularly described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the most northwesterly corner of said Lot 2; <br />Thence along the common line of said Lot 2 and Lot 1 as shown on said map, South 13°15'45" <br />East, 18.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING of this description; <br />Thence leaving said common line, North 85°19'52" East, 65.10 feet to said common line; <br />Thence along said common line the following two (2) courses: <br />1.
