REV: 11-17-25 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Monthly Fee for Construction Project Management of $81,455 per month through Project <br />substantial completion. <br />For Project close-out, Consultant support to be provided at an hourly rate for the following <br />positions. During close-out, Consultant compensation will not exceed $81,455 per month. <br />Construction Management and Project Close-Out support includes the following staffing: <br />Principal in Charge $267.00/hr <br />General Superintendent $214.00/hr. <br />Project Manager $189.00/hr. <br />Scheduling Manager $219.00/hr. <br />Accountant $129.00/hr. <br />Consultant will be compensated by City in accordance with Section 6, Compensation, of the <br />Original Agreement. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.
