Adopt a resolution considering and approving an addendum to the Final <br />Environmental Impact Report (SCH # 2016112041) for the Veterans Memorial Senior <br />Center/YMCA Project in accordance with the requirements of the California <br />Environmental Quality Act; <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a Third Amendment to <br />the Master Project Agreement with the Young Men’s Christian Association of Silicon <br />Valley; and <br />3. Adopt a resolution approving the Architectural Permit NO.
