REV: 11-19-25 LR <br />regulatory requirements ensuring minimum standards are met using a <br />format consistent with quarterly report input from SF-425, Federal <br />Financial Report. <br />b.Consultant will assist with the FMA grant close-out by providing final <br />documentation for submission by the City, and by responding to <br />comments from CalOES. Consultant will provide a file sharing location for <br />all close-out documentation and submission to the City’s project manager <br />and City staff. <br />c.All project management activities related to task 15 Stakeholder and <br />Community Outreachwill be tracked for FMA grant compliance. <br />Deliverables: PDF versions of the following distributed via email to City <br />representative(s): detailed Project Work Plan, MS Project Schedule (including <br />updates), comprehensive list of deliverables, monthly invoices and status <br />reports, meeting agendas, materials, and minutes within three business days <br />of meeting, quarterly grant documentation per required format by the grant <br />administrator, CalOES, and the City of Redwood City. Consultant to provide a <br />file sharing location for collection of existing documentation and submission of <br />all documents to the City. <br />Task 2. Data Collection, up to $4,619 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />This task provides the information needed to address key data gaps to complete <br />necessary tasks required for engineering hydrologic and hydraulic model <br />development and analysis, watershed and wetland study, hazards and <br />vulnerability analysis, design including alternative analysis and engineering <br />design, environmental clearances and construction. This task includes: <br />Task 2.a. Collect Base Data: <br />a.Consultant will collect, compile, review relevant studies, as-built <br />plans, reports, planning documents, surveys, geotechnical data, <br />digital modeling data related to hydraulic feasibility that can be <br />used in subsequent tasks. The review includes but is not limited to <br />reports provided by the City pertaining to the Project regarding <br />engineering design, environmental clearance and historic <br />preservation. <br />b.Consultant will focus on information to support the screening and <br />analysis of alternatives, the development of a basis of design <br />report, and the development of design plans. <br />c.Consultant will identify gaps and summarize necessary <br />information required for the preparation, development, and <br />completion of Project deliverables. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.317/Wood Rodgers, Inc.
