Stormwater Runoff -Post-construction runoff into the storm drain shall not exceed pre- <br />construction runoff levels. The applicant's design professional shall evaluate the project's impact <br />to the City's storm drainage system and shall substantiate their conclusions with drainage <br />calculations to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. The project shall be designed so that each block <br />is in conformance with the Drainage Guidelines for Commercial Development by providing the <br />required detention for that block within the private property. Drop-Off Parking -The applicant shall ensure the availability nineteen (19) short-term parking <br />spaces that can be used by the child care facility for pick-up/drop-off on Lathrop and Cedar streets. <br />In the event that the on-street parking spaces are no longer designated as short term/loading <br />parking, the applicant shall provide the nineteen (19) drop-off spaces in an alternate nearby <br />location, to the City's satisfaction. <br />24. Bicycle Parking -Provide for bicycle storage spaces and demonstrate this on the building permit <br />plans as required below.
