By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 7 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building Company for project <br />management services for the Veterans Memorial Building/Senior Center for a <br />not-to-exceed amount of $285,092 for a total not-to-exceed amount of <br />$5,336,625; and <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br />No. 9 to the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and Urban Design for <br />construction administration services for a not to exceed amount of $45,000, for <br />a total not-to-exceed amount of $10,128,562. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.D.Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance updating Chapter 14 (Refuse, <br />Weed, Nuisance and Abandoned Shopping Cart Regulation and Abatement) of <br />the Redwood City Municipal Code to allow for self-haul and Recology billing of <br />solid waste <br />Recommendation: <br />Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance amending Article I (In General), <br />Article II (Refuse Receptacles), and Article III (Collection and Disposition of <br />Refuse) in Chapter 14 of the Redwood City Municipal Code. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.E.Approve November 10, 2025 City Council Minutes <br />7.F.Approve claims and checks from November 24, 2025 to December 8, 2025 and <br />the usual and necessary payments through December 8, 2025 <br />3
