7. CONSENT CALENDAR – continued <br /> 7.C. Amendment No. 7 to Agreement for Services with Gilbane <br /> Building Company for project management services, and <br /> Amendment No. 9 to Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture and <br />Urban Design for construction administration services for the Veterans <br />Memorial Building/Senior Center-YMCA Project, for extended time and <br />services due to construction delays, with both amendments to be <br />reimbursed by Thompson Builders Corporation <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 7 to the Agreement for Services with Gilbane Building <br />Company for project management services for the Veterans Memorial <br />Building/Senior Center for a not-to-exceed amount of $285,092 for a <br />total not-to-exceed amount of $5,336,625; and <br /> 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute <br />Amendment No. 9 to the Agreement for Services with ELS Architecture <br />and Urban Design for construction administration services for a not to <br />exceed amount of $45,000, for a total not-to-exceed amount of <br />$10,128,562.
