PUBLIC COMMENT <br />Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance to update the City’s Municipal Code Chapters to conform to current laws, increase creek protections <br />by requiring engineering review of development within creek setbacks, and allow lot design exceptions for Urban Lot Splits on wide lots; Chapter 18, <br />Local Improvements and Planning, Chapter 27A, Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Program, Chapter 30, Subdivisions, and Chapter <br />41, Floodplain Management <br />We welcome speakers providing public comment, but please be advised this <br />is a limited public forum.
