REV: 10-29-25 MI <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant will perform a wide range of financial duties as assigned by the Finance <br />Director/Assistant City Manager/City Manager, including but not limited to: <br />1. Scheduled and on-demand consulting, coaching, and advisory services to the City <br />Manager, Assistant City Manager, Finance Director, and other staff as designated by <br />the City Manager. <br />2. Project work on special projects or non-recurring initiatives as requested by the City <br />Manager, Assistant City Manager, or Finance Director. Specific scope of services, <br />deliverables, cost estimate, and timeline will be established on a project-by-project <br />basis. Types of project work could include but are not limited to: <br />Development of a 5- or 10-year financial forecast for the General Fund. <br />Development of policy and/or process documentation. <br />Review and update of allocation methodologies for internal services, revenue <br />services, and administrative overhead. <br />Specialized technical support for development of the FY 2024-25 Annual <br />Comprehensive Financial Report such as drafting the MD&A based on the <br />audited financials and review of the notes disclosures as prepared by the <br />auditor. <br />Implementation of new processes or systems. <br />Staff training exercises or facilitation services. <br />Process efficiency reviews, reports, and recommendations. <br />Developing and facilitating requests for proposals for various finance-related <br />services. <br />Fees <br />Consultant’s services will be billed on an hourly rate of $225. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025/Amend.No.2/DKG Consultants (DKG Consultants) (Page 4 of 4)
