REV: 10-01-25 VR <br />Junior Cultural Resources Planner $120.00 <br />Office Administrator $125.00 <br />Interns $115.00 <br /> <br />REIMBURSABLES <br />Reimbursable expenses shall include the following: <br />Cost of printing or duplication of drawings, specifications, reports, and cost <br />estimates. <br />Tolls, parking fees, and local travel charged in accordance with IRS code. <br />Long-distance telephone service and facsimile charges. <br />Cost of models, special renderings, photography, special printing of publications, <br />maps, and other supplies required for the project. <br />Postage and delivery charges. <br />Fees for local licenses and permits required to perform professional services. <br />Travel, lodging, subsistence, and out-of-pocket expenses for authorized travel in <br />connection with contract services. <br />ADMINISTRATIVE FEES <br />Fees for consultant services and subcontractors retained with approval of the City through <br />Task Order shall be billed at cost plus 10%. <br />ANTICIPATED RATE ESCALATION <br />Rates will increase by 4% and be rounded to the nearest multiple of five annually on <br />January 1. For example, 4% of $155 would become $161.20, and the billing rate for that <br />position would become $160. The rate of $180 x 4% is $187.20, which would be $190 for <br />the billing rate.
