REV: 10-17-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />GOODS, SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. GOODS, SERVICES AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to supply traffic signs, <br />safety products, and related services at no additional costs. Goods and Services will be <br />purchased on an as-needed basis at the request of the City staff authorized in Section 2 <br />of this Master Purchase Agreement. The City does not guarantee any minimum or <br />maximum quantity purchased. <br />Items may be purchased in store at 1700 Industrial Road, Suite B, San Carlos, CA 94070, <br />Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. <br />After placing an order, City shall receive any ordered items in three weeks or less, unless <br />otherwise approved by the Right of Way Superintendent or designee. Vendor shall not <br />use a subcontractor to make custom signs. <br />Charges will be on a per unit basis per the schedule below and billed based on actual <br />units requested and purchased by authorized City staff. <br />The below prices include any shipping or freight charges, which includes, but is <br />not limited to, shipping costs passed through from any third-party vendors.
