The clinic’s aim is <br />to increase access to health and dental care for the medically underserved in order to improve <br />overall physical, social, and mental health status; prevent disease and disability; detect and <br />treat health conditions to improve quality of life; and increase life expectancy, while alleviating <br />demands placed on emergency rooms for episodic primary care for the uninsured. <br />Primary Quantitative Goals: <br />Recipient will serve 600 households. <br />NOTE: The performance period begins July 1, 2025 and concludes June 30, 2026. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.267/Free Clinic of Redwood City (Samaritan House) (Page 10 of 10)
