Our population is often homeless and has co-occurring disorders <br />(i.e. substance use disorder/mental health issues/health issues). Our residents may enter the <br />program with a baby, or deliver while they are enrolled, and care for them during their <br />treatment program. <br />Primary Quantitative Goals: Recipient will serve 50 households in Redwood City. <br />NOTE: The performance period begins July 1, 2025 and concludes June 30, 2026 <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.274/Service League of San Mateo County (Page 10 of 10)
