REV: 09-19-25 VR <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall provide on-call planning services upon request from the Assistant <br />Community Development Director, or designee. Each Task Order shall include a scope <br />of work for each individual project and a list of required tasks, time frame for deliverables <br />and cost including hourly rates. <br />Before issuing the Task Order a draft scope of work shall be sent to the Consultant with <br />a deadline for response. In the response, the Consultant will include the staff resources <br />they can commit to the project, estimated timeline and detailed cost for provision of <br />services. <br />The City will evaluate that proposal, and, if it chooses, accept the proposal and initiate <br />work by issuing a Task Order. <br />Rate schedule and any anticipated rate escalations for personnel: <br />The following table lists current hourly billing rates for all positions of Strategic Economics <br />staff that may work on projects for Redwood City.
