Existing roof system is in good condition, however there are <br />some damaged/missing area that need to be repaired and <br />sealant that is needed <br />i. Subcontractor to remove any damaged roofing <br />material and replace damaged/missing roofing <br />material with new, to match current roofing <br />material <br />ii. Subcontractor to seal up any roof penetrations, <br />corners, edges, etc. <br />ill. Subcontractor to clean existing gutter system <br />and repair as needed. <br />iv. Subcontractor to re-route downspouts as needed <br />to allow water to drain away from the <br />foundation. <br />v. Subcontractor to carry any permit fees, if <br />applicable <br />$1,750 <br />Task 2 - Exterior Painting <br />a. Existing stucco is generally in good shape. Subcontractor <br />to prep and paint the following locations. Assume (1) coat <br />of primer and (2) coats of paint. <br />A (3) exterior doors It trim. <br />vii. Unpainted soffits and Fascia, approx. 450 sgft. <br />viii. Prep it repaint Existing Gutters <br />$6,720 <br />Task 3 Exterior Doors <br />1.
