Implementation of this <br />Work Plan will require staff time to support the TAC’s short-term and long-term goals and follow-up items. <br />Current funding within the FY 2025-26 Transportation Planning Program 72634 Adopted Budget is <br />sufficient to support the Committee’s activities; additional funding may be needed for FY 2026-27. <br />Additional staff time may be required for project specific work; this project specific work will be covered <br />by the individual project budgets. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />This activity is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) as defined in CEQA <br />Guidelines, Section 15378(b)(5), because adopting a committee work plan is an organizational or <br />administrative activity that has no potential for resulting in either a direct or reasonably foreseeable <br />indirect physical change in the environment. <br />8.A. - Page 3 of 14 <br />230
