By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement <br />for Services with BKF Engineers to provide the design and construction <br />administration for the 2025-2026 Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvement Project <br />in the amount of $618,227; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager, or their designee, to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, by up to 20 percent, for a total not-to-exceed <br />amount of $741,872. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.D.Agreement for Services with YEI Engineers, Inc. to provide as-needed <br />mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a four-year <br />Agreement for Services with YEI Engineers, Inc. to perform mechanical, electrical, <br />and plumbing engineering services in an amount not to exceed $600,000 through <br />2029. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.E.Master Purchase Agreement for the provision and delivery of unleaded gasoline <br />and renewable diesel fuel <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or their designee to execute <br />a two-year Master Purchase Agreement with Bosco Oil, Inc. dba Valley Oil <br />Company (Valley Oil Company) for the provision of gasoline and renewable diesel <br />fuel in an amount not to exceed $1,600,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />7.F.Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services with Davey Resource Group, Inc. <br />for additional cost to complete a tree inventory <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute <br />Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with Davey Resource Group, <br />3
