Kostura, 839 Blandford Boulevard evaluation <br />The northernmost part of the north wing. This part appears to have been added between 1939 <br />and 1950. Lintels here are thinner than elsewhere, which substantiates the idea that this is an <br />early addition. Window sash is replacement vinyl. New brick that is proposed here will differ <br />slightly in shade or coloring from the old brick. <br />Central wing, rear <br />The recessed porch and the box, or oriel, windows that flank the porch, are contributing <br />elements.
