Reviewed by the <br />City’s Historic <br />Resource Advisory <br />Committee & <br />Planning Commission <br />for recommendation. <br />4. City Council <br />designates property <br />as a historic resource <br />and approves a Mills <br />Act Contract. <br />38 Mills Act Contracts granted since 1990. Four additional contracts <br />are under consideration this evening.
