Award of contract to BKF Engineers for the design and <br />construction administration for the 2025-2026 Sanitary <br />Sewer Capacity Improvement Project <br /> Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the Agreement for Services with BKF Engineers to <br />provide the design and construction administration for the <br />2025-2026 Sanitary Sewer Capacity Improvement Project in <br />the amount of $618,227; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager, or their designee, <br />to increase the contract amount, if necessary, by up to 20 <br />percent, for a total not-to-exceed amount of $741,872.
