Redwood City Historic Landmark designation and <br />Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) <br />for 731 Edgewood Road, 839 Blandford Boulevard, <br />979 Arlington Road, and Mills Act Contract only for <br />1018-1020 Main Street <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 731 Edgewood Road a <br />Redwood City Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager to execute <br />a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract); <br />2. Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 839 Blandford Boulevard a <br />Redwood City Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager to execute <br />a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract); <br />3. Adopt a resolution of the City Council approving and authorizing the City <br />Manager to execute a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract) for <br />1018-1020 Main Street; and <br />4. Adopt a resolution designating the residence at 979 Arlington Road a <br />Redwood City Historic Landmark and authorizing the City Manager to execute <br />a Historic Preservation Agreement (Mills Act Contract).
