Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance approving <br />the Fourth Amendment to the Development Agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and 1548 Maple, LLC; and <br />2. By motion, approve, and authorize the City Engineer to <br />execute, the Second Amendment to the Subdivision <br />Improvement Agreement between the City of Redwood City <br />and 1548 Maple, LLC.
