3. Direct staff to proceed with discussions with South Bayside Systems <br /> Authority (SBSA), the best apparent alternate site, to fully explore <br /> development of a joint-use maintenance facility within the SBSA plant <br /> property. It is the intent of the City Council to site the facility at this <br /> location. An appropriate financial plan and business arrangement shall also <br /> be developed for consideration by the SBSA Board and the City Council; <br /> and <br /> <br /> 4. Direct staff to identify any budget impacts to the current Capital <br /> Improvement Program (CIP) as a result of items 1 through 3 above. Staff <br /> will work with the Facilities Committee to reprioritize other CIP projects as <br /> necessary to increase funding for and ensure timely delivery of this priority <br /> project. <br /> <br /> 5. Direct staff to return to the City Council with the requisite requests for <br /> action (i.e.: resolutions, etc.) as soon as possible to formalize any and all <br /> changes in scope of project budget and work, related to items 1 through 4 <br /> above. <br /> <br /> CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS VOICE VOTE. <br /> <br />Arlyn C.
