EXHIBIT A <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />PORTIONS OF LEVEE EASEMENTS BEING VACATED <br />VACATION AREA 1: <br />November 5, 2025 <br />Project No. 20100016-32 <br />All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, being a portion of Parcel A as said parcel is described in that certain Deed of Easements <br />recorded January 10, 1986 as Document Number 86003619 of Official Records of said county, and <br />being more particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 10 as shown on that certain subdivision map entitled <br />"Seaport Centre, Subdivision of Parcel A, 'Amended Map' of Parcel Map No. 82-1" recorded August 31, <br />1984 in Book 112 of Maps at pages 4-6, records of said county, said corner also being the most <br />southerly corner of said Parcel A as described in said Deed of Easements; <br />Thence along the southwesterly and westerly lines of last said Parcel A, the following two (2) courses: <br />1. North 53047'50" West, 99.49 feet; <br />2. North 3601210" East, 8.94 feet to the southerly line of that certain Levee Easement over the <br />lands of Metropolitan Life Insurance Company as said easement is described in that certain <br />Easement Deed recorded on November 5, 2025 as Document Number, 2025-059130 of Official <br />Records of said county; <br />Thence leaving said westerly line, along said southerly line, the following two (2) courses: <br />1. North 68°41'06" East, 26.15 feet; <br />2.
