REV: 11-21-25 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br />Sequence and Schedule of Consultant’s Services <br />1. All services provided under this Agreement shall be on an as-needed basis to <br />complete specific scopes of work requested by the Public Works Facilities <br />Superintendent or their designee, herein referred to as Project(s). <br />2. For each Project requested by the Public Works Facilities Superintendent or their <br />designee (“City Staff”), Consultant shall develop a milestone schedule, scope of <br />work, and estimate of costs for review. <br />3. Consultant cannot begin work on any Project unless it has been approved by City <br />Staff. <br />4. Consultant will perform all services and provide all deliverables within the time <br />approved by City Staff, including milestones, if any. Consultant shall perform its <br />services expeditiously and on budget. Time is of the essence in this Agreement. <br />5. Consultant must provide and maintain Project staffing levels as necessary to <br />perform the Services within the time provided in the Project schedule. <br />Quality Control & Coordination Checks <br />Consultant is responsible for the technical quality of all documents prepared by <br />Consultant and Consultant’s subconsultants. Before submitting the completed documents <br />to City Staff, Consultant must check all documents for technical accuracy and <br />coordination within and between disciplines. <br />Consultant must not incorporate any review comments until the comments are first <br />reviewed and accepted by <br />City Staff. <br />Submittal of Deliverables <br />Consultant must furnish to City Staff, suitable for reproduction, original documents, and <br />drawings. Documents and drawings shall be submitted in electronic format. Consultant <br />shall also produce a hard copy for City upon request. Files shall be IBM compatible, <br />operating system, (Windows 7 or newer), Microsoft Office 2021 or newer, Adobe Acrobat <br />X or newer, and AutoCAD 2020 or newer. <br />Consultant’s Staff and Subconsultants <br />Consultant’s staff and Subconsultants are identified in Exhibit A of this agreement and <br />are subject to the requirements set forth therein. Changes to Consultant’s staff and <br />Subconsultants must be approved by City Staff. <br />Standard of Care <br />1. All construction documents must comply with all applicable regulations and <br />standards in effect during performance of Consultant’s services. <br />ATTY/AGR.2025.320/YEI Engineers, Inc.
