NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The City Council approves the Property Purchase Agreement between the City of Redwood City, as Buyer, and Todd L. Freeman and Judy A. Freeman, Trustees of the Freeman Family Trust, and Jeff A. Kreager and Loretta V. Kreager, Trustees of the Revocable Living Trust Agreement of Jeff A. Kreager and Loretta V. Kreager dated October 9, 1989, as Seller, for the purchase of the real property rights within the property identified as APN: 052-431-020 in the amount of $37,500, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A to this Resolution (the “Agreement”). Section 2. The City Manager, or their designee (each an “Authorized Officer”), is hereby authorized to execute and deliver, for and in the name of the City, the Agreement, with such additions or changes as the Authorized Officer executing the same may approve (such approval to be conclusively evidenced by such Authorized Officer's execution and delivery thereof). Section 3. The Authorized Officer is hereby authorized, jointly and severally, to do all things that they may deem necessary or proper to effectuate the purposes of this Resolution and implement the Agreement and the acquisition of the real property rights therein described by the City, including the execution and recordation of agreements, certificates of acceptance, deeds, instructions and documents contemplated by the Agreement and any such actions previously taken are hereby ratified and confirmed. Section 4. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption. * * *
