NO. 14 SANITARY SEWERAGE TREATMENT CAPACITY RIGHTS AND SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />REV: 12-11-25 VR <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />WHEREAS, on or about October 9, 2023, by Resolution No. 16180, Amendment <br />No. 11 was approved and executed, adding one property to said Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on or about November 13, 2023, by Resolution No. 16186, <br />Amendment No. 12 was approved and executed, adding one property to said Agreement; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on or about October 28, 2024, by Resolution No. 16249, Amendment <br />No. 13 was approved and executed, adding two properties to said Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement previously limited the service area to the Downtown <br />Area of the Town of Woodside, the area from Palm Circle Road to Godetia Drive, and <br />from Canada Road to Glencrag Way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Woodside desires to amend the Service Area Map for the <br />Town Center Sewer Assessment District to add the property located at 196 Albion <br />(Assessor Parcel Number 072-162-200); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Town of Woodside and the property owners of the above- <br />described property have requested that the City of Redwood City agree to amend the <br />above-described Agreement to allow said real property to utilize Redwood City's capacity <br />rights and services. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute and file, <br />for and on behalf of the City, Amendment No. 14 to the Sanitary Sewerage Treatment <br />and Capacity Rights and Services (Town of Woodside) Agreement, attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A. <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to certify that the foregoing <br />is a full, true and correct copy of this Resolution duly and regularly adopted at a <br />regular meeting of the City Council. <br /> <br />3.
