Docusign Envelope ID: C9E8BDDI-8661-4E6B-9035-2E7D1838EB40 <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2025 - 777l <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF TOWN OF WOODSIDE: <br />(1) APPROVINGA SEWER SERVICEALLOCATION FOR196ALB10NAVENUE, PURSUANTTO <br />MUNICIPALCODESECTION51.126; (2)CONSENTINGTOTHEANNEXATIONOFTHIS <br />PROPERTY INTO THE TOWN CENTER SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT; AND (3) <br />AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE REVISED AGREEMENTS WITH THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AND THE FAIR OAKS SEWER MAINTENANCE DISTRICT TO ADD THIS <br />PROPERTY INTO THE APPROVED SERVICE AREA FOR THE TOWN CENTER ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT <br />WHEREAS, the Woodside Municipal Code provides Sewer Service Allocation <br />Regulations beginning at Section 51.120; and <br />WHEREAS, the parcel at 196 Albion Avenue (APN 072-162-200) is in "Area Ill" as <br />defined in Section 51.123 of the Sewer Service Allocation Regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 51.126 of the Municipal Code provides the process whereby <br />parcels that lie in "Area Ill"; and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of the parcel at 196 Albion Avenue have applied for a sewer <br />service allocation under the terms of this section; and <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works/Town Engineer has reviewed the application <br />and finds that the parcel meets all the conditions as provided in Section 51.126; and <br />WHEREAS, the allocotion of sewer service to this parcel is consistent with the <br />General Plan and reserved sewer capacity is available; and <br />WHEREAS, the property owners have deposited the required funds with the Town for <br />the Town Council hearing; and <br />WHEREAS, the legislative bodies of Redwood City and the Fair Oaks Sewer <br />Maintenance District will need to agree to amend the agreements that both those <br />agencies have with the Town of Woodside pertaining to the Town Center Sewer <br />Assessment District in order to allow this property to be annexed into the District and the <br />Town will need to execute amended agreements occordingly. <br />NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF <br />WOODSIDE that: <br />RESO. 2025-7771 <br />09/09/2025 <br />EXHIBIT B <br />ATTY/RESO.0128/CC RESO.
