The City Council may direct staff to re-issue the Request for Proposals to solicit additional proposals. <br />This option would delay the start of services and may create gaps in legislative monitoring and grant <br />support. <br />2. The City Council may select one of the other proposers. Staff do not recommend this option, as other <br />proposals demonstrated less alignment with the City’s service needs, level of engagement, or cost- <br />effectiveness. <br />3. The City Council could choose to take no action at this time.
